  • Story: I am a 36 year old man from western Pa., born & raised on this side of the state. Just over the past few years I have taken an interest in MMA. I was always a die hard pro wrestling fan since the age of 8 yrs . But I got tired of the same old re-hashed BS story lines . So I caught the season premiere of TUF 3. I was hooked instantly !!! I then discovered Pride , WEC , & all the others . It has even inspired me to get in shape again. I was 236 # when I first started watching MMA. You probably think that is no big deal right ; well I am only 5' 5" . I got a bunch of new equipment ( & dusted some old stuff off ) & I started doing kick-boxing , plyos , jogging , & ab work . Long story shortened - in a little over a year I now weigh in at 167-170 # . My inspirations in life are Jesus Christ , my son & wife , my Dad & my Mom , my Grandparents , Randy Couture , Chuck Liddell , Georges St. Pierre , & Harvey Walden IV(Celebrity Fit Club).




    Over the past few months I've made some adjustments in my life . I'd like to share with some of you a set of guide lines I heard one day on the radio while driving to work . It really touched me and made a whole lot of sense to me :

    1) All that appears bad WILL BECOME good.

    2) The good CAN NEVER be taken away.

    3) The best IS YET TO COME.
